CORONA / COVID-19 – Logata ergreift Schutzmaßnahmen

Given the current spread of COVID-19, a priority goal is to delay/stop the spread of the virus. Also known as: Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). The worldwide spread of COVID-19 was declared a pandemic by the WHO on 11.03.2020. In order to maintain our company’s ability to work in the best possible way, specific protective measures apply in addition to the guidelines from the country. Thus Logata makes it its business to take care of the well-being and health of employees on both sides. The current situation is evaluated daily and we follow internal rules of conduct, reporting chains, escalation strategies and official regulations. At the same time we ensure that Logata is accessible to customers, suppliers and business partners. However, protective measures are also defined and observed in communication and cooperation.

We are still available for you as usual!

Internally, various measures have been taken to protect the employees. In addition, ALL employees are instructed and must follow specific hygiene and behavioral measures.
A large part of our team works in the home office.

Onsite meetings (internal and external) are cancelled until further notice. Instead, there are remote meetings in various forms:

– Office 365 / Teams
– Zoom
– Cisco Web-ex
– Teamviewer

Angesichts der aktuellen Ausbreitung von COVID-19, ist ein priorisiertes Ziel, die Verbreitung des Virus zu verzögern/stoppen. Auch bekannt als: Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). Die weltweite Ausbreitung von COVID-19 wurde am 11.03.2020 von der WHO zu einer Pandemie erklärt. Um die Arbeitsfähigkeit unseres Unternehmens bestmöglich zu erhalten gelten, neben den Leitlinien vom Land, spezifische Schutzmaßnahmen. So macht es sich die Logata zur Aufgabe, für das Wohl und die Gesundheit der Mitarbeiter auf beiden Seiten zu sorgen. Die aktuelle Lage wird täglich bewertet und wir befolgen interne Verhaltensregeln, Meldeketten, Eskalationsstrategien und behördlichen Vorgaben. Gleichzeitig wird sichergestellt, dass die Logata für Kunden, Lieferanten und Geschäftspartner erreichbar ist. Bei der Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit sind jedoch ebenfalls Schutzmaßnahmen definiert und einzuhalten.

Intern wurden verschiedene Maßnahmen getroffen, um die Mitarbeiter zu schützen. Darüber hinaus sind ALLE Mitarbeiter unterwiesen und müssen spezifischen Hygiene- und Verhaltensmaßnahmen befolgen.
Ein Großteil unseres Teams arbeitet im Homeoffice.
